I have many expletives I could spout here, but according to this story from 1Up, Sony Pictures has delayed the US release of Advent Children on DVD and UMD (it was scheduled for September 14th release) for a "holiday release".

Do they really think that will spark any more sales if it comes out during the Christmas shopping season?  Man, this is a stupid move...I was really looking forward to Sept. 14th.

I'm sure they will dub it but the DVD will come with the original speech so what's the problem?

Holy crap I just realized that Sept 14th is only a little over 2 weeks away!!! In two weeks I'm going to be watching Advent Children!!  It seemed to me that it wasn't coming out for months still.

Ahh too bad, I am really interested in this-what suprised me in one article I read was the talk of a 300 dollar special edition in Japan. For a DVD?? Are you insane?
