OK, this made me LOL. first of all is the name, obviously, where they couldn't come up with something more interesting like Old McDonalds Farming Sim EXTREME! featuring the Grimace or Famland: Ee-yi-ee-i-OWNED. next up is the bullet points: 4 different crops: barley, corn, canola & wheat no beans? soy? okra? maybe they'll be modded in, because: A large MOD community where you can download additional vehicles and equipment. I can't wait to see someone re-create the cow level. worried you might get bogged down and create a traffic jam in the fields? worry not! AI traffic and computer-controlled assistants and finally, in case you were worried about the controls: Gamepad and steering wheel support yep, you can use your Logitech Steering wheel to motor along with your John Deere tractor.

you know, its just a new target demographic they are going for...Rural Rednecks will love this!! Now, in their spare time they can enjoy the thrills of heavy modern farm equipment from the comfort of the home, AND Drink and drive without getting busted by the Chief of police.... |

OK, that was the worst demo I've played since, well, Majesty 2.  It might be a decent game, but I wouldn't know because all I did was drive a frigging tractor around for ten minutes. The entire demo is comprised of two "missions." These are a simple driving course for the tractor, involving some very improbable manoeuvers, followed by the ultra-taxing "roll 20 bales of hay." Both were against (very easy) time limits. The tractor doesn't even handle well. That's it. Looking at the other missions, it seems the whole of the mission-side part of the game is focused on similar antics. There's also a career mode "with business element!" Well yeah, I'd hope so! But from the look of it, and the fuss the game makes about all the different vehicles, it seems the whole game is spent in first-person with you hopping in and out of vehicles as necessary in order to actually do all the farming manually. Imagine that. I was hoping for something more akin to Sim Farm. And I didn't even find any sheep to shag! Screw this game. |

Saw this on Steam last night. I love how they use a very similar font like MS Flight Sim. It says there is MP, I'm in if it includes PvP.
