Evil Genius - Did it get patched/fixed yet?

I can't any new patches, but I want one oooo so bad. God I love the premise of this game, it just seems ruined by little bugs and the inability to do certain things that the "promised" patch would fix.

Please tell me there is an eta? something? Maximillian needs to start his new plans of world domination!

Evil planet says the patch is done and that it is in the publishers hands. Should be coming out this coming week..

There's been an unofficial patch out for a while now. Seemed to address a lot of the problems with the game.
