Hey Warning. I am playing FF9 on epsxe with the settings that you linked to previously. When I live the first village to go to lindblum on the airship (about 3.5 hours in), a video displays and after about 10 seconds gets corrupted and the screen goes black/green/crazy, the sound goes crazy, and the game locks up. I was wondering if you experienced anything like this and might have some ideas. Thanks dude.

your best bet would be to check out the ePSXe forums.

You rang?   biggrin

I have no idea what's happening there.  Does it do it in both full-screen and windowed mode?  I haven't played more than a couple of minutes of FF9 using epsxe so I haven't made it to that part yet.

You might try resetting all your options to the lowest, most basic settings prior to that scene and if that gets you through it then maybe crank them back up again?

Other than that, then the epsxe forums might be the place for you.

Hope that helps....

Also, I've heard that 1.52 version of ePSXe is actually more tolerant of FFIX, than 1.60.

Ahh yes that's another thing.  I read that too-you need to be using the older version of ePSXe.
