It took me several jumps to finally be able to grab the vine after that room.  It was kind of retarded.  I didn't try to blow up that other door, but I do remember a tip popping up about it.

I have to say that I still hate the camera in these games, and I can't believe the controls are keyboard only.  Still fun, though.

Ya the camera is horrid. The controls are at least remappable though.

VIDEO Theres also a DEMO

I found it fun..maybe more than the Star Wars demos. I still need to play those full games.

And I did finally reach that stupid vine..after I was totally broke from falling.

I just meant that you can not use the mouse for attacks, aiming, etc as I am used to...from every other game on the planet.  I don't have a 360 adapter here at work to try that out, or I probably would have.

I agree. I just finished playin Lego Star Wars, and there's this part in Revenge of the Sith where you have to use force powers to activate ledges and jump onto them before they retract again, and using your force powers again to activate more ledges in order to jump onto platforms. The problem is that the camera angle makes this very difficult to do, as most of the time, you're directly under the platform that you're supposed to jump onto, and the perspective makes it hard to see that. What makes this worse is that you actually have to do this in order to proceed to the next part. And this is for kids? Some of the level design leaves a lot to be desired.
