I wanted the WoW collector's edition. But I didn't buy it on the first day because I won't be able to play it much (my PC is at home, and my iBook isn't powerful enough to play WoW), but I'm getting a new Mac soon, which can handle WoW. Still, I wanted the collector's edition, so I knew I better buy it soon after release.

Fast forward to today. I still haven't bought the game yet. And the collector's editions are all sold out. And now on eBay, they're selling for almost $200!!!

Tch, buy my used regular edition for a cool $30 shipped.  You even get free time til March 4th.

Sorry to hear about that.  I've had things like that happen to me (like not buying a game . . . when it's pretty rare and kind of expensive now, like the Lunar series for psx and so forth) so I know how it feels.

That's a whole lotta money to plunk down for the CE though.  But it does include a whole bunch of goodies, so I guess ultimately it's your choice if you're going to take the plunge and get a Collector's Edition copy.

Really, just buy the regular edition. Its not really worth the CE, especially if you really want to play.
