cod3 patch now out(and new maps coming soon)

sorry if this has been posted already,i couldnt see it

but,the (seems like long awaited)patch for COD3 came out yesterday,its now meant to be easier joining games,especially ranked games

i havent tried this yet,but definetly gonna go on it today


and also,new maps have been announced(so IGN say)...one will be free,and 5 other maps will cost 800points on the marketplace

i hope they are big big big maps

some people have said its much better,some people cant see a difference...i am the latter...all i see now is half way through a game,i shoot the hell out of the host and then a message appears ..'game mode no longer available'....and then i go back to the xbox live menu

YEah but atleast you can get into a game.  Previously I haven't been able to even connect to a game......Still not perfect but much better

sorry,just been on the xbox COD3 forums,and a lot of people are getting this message 5 minutes into a game...i thought it was just me and i pissed the host off,LOL


seems they need to patch the patch

also on ranked in the lobby,if someone comes in and then leaves,then it freezes on / \ seconds...and someone always joins then leaves
