I was watching this in Best Buy today, hooked up to one of their giant and beautiful HDTVs.  It looks stunning.

HOWEVER, there was some bad and very noticable frame rate hits when there was a lot of smoke on the screen.  I didn't really expect that.

Call of Duty 2 represents Infinity Ward’s follow-up to their Game of the Year, Call of Duty.  Call of Duty represented the cream of the crop in the glut of World War II titles at the time.

Represent.

Glad you liked the game.

I didn't read the review (skimmed it) but as I understand it COD on PC allows players to lean, whereas this version doesn't. Is this true?

Good catch!  I completely overlooked that...shows how much leaning I did.  I added that to the review.  Thanks Purge.

I just heard a nasty rumor that COD2 for the 360 does not allow for you to set up private rooms over Live or invite friends to join you (meaning that you can only play against random opponents). Is this true? if so, it's a terrible oversight...
