I'm guessing it's a late April Fools joke, or simply a fake.  I know Square Enix said they intend to release 1 game a month, but FF12, Kingdom Hearts 2, Grandia 3, and Chrono 3 all in one year seems like too much.  I hope it's true, but I doubt it is, especially since they just unveiled Grandia 3.

Rumors of a new Chrono game have been flying around in one form or another for a few years.  At one point, Square had registered the domain 'chronobreak.com', but have since let it lapse.  My guess is that nothing is going to happen with it for a long time, if ever.

Besides, if it were going to be a 2005 release (as the poster indicates), I think we would have heard someting about it by now.

Yeah, I don't believe it.  Squenix has already made their 2005 plans pretty clear and if it was going to happen it would probably have been the Grandia III announcement.

Also, most of the "Chrono Team" are already working on other Squenix projects right now.

Chrono Cross was a sales disappointment to them (and the original Chrono Trigger didn't sell nearly as well as you would think based on its reputation) so there doesn't seem to be much push for a third game.

Actually  a lot of the Chrono Cross team don't even work for Squenix anymore, because it wasn't the best selling title of all time. Some work for Brownie Brown, some for Tri-Arts and some for Monolith as well. I know for fact that three of the lead designers helped create Baten Kaitos...

Fake.

Not to say we'll never see Chrono Trigger 3, but this sure as hell isn't legit.
