I like the mech game so far.  I've got a lot of free time at work lately, so thank you for adding something fun to do.

I agree, it's interesting. Also makes me want to fire up my old Titans of Steel, still my favorite mech game.

If you guys can find a Defender/Stargate and Missile Command clone amongst the arcade games, I'll be happy.  icon_smile

I still rue there was this awsome, appropriately pixelicious Defender clone in the days of DOS that I enjoyed but never could find an equivalent on Windows. I guess I could play it via DOS Box if I could even find it.  icon_smile

OK, I'd have to say that Super Mechs is getting a bit more addictive for me icon_wink. I just did my first two MP fights and won both, which seems unlikely for me icon_biggrin.

I checked out Battle Dawn, but it's not my kind of game.

This is pretty neat!

I'm going to go ahead and voice my displeasure at the inevitable porn game that will show up.

My current Mech:

Like the way I prefer my FPS games, I set it up to fight at a distance. So far in about eight MP matches, I've yet to be defeated, which seems rather odd, as I'm normally not that good. Maybe other folks just aren't setting up their mechs correctly.

I worked you the first time we met. You mauled me the second time.

Still trying to find the right weapon balance for energy/bullets/heat and short/mid/long ranges.

Very cool little game.

I tend to favor the heat-based attacks as those can easily swing the game in your favor if their heat capacity is low.  I also think that the energy drain attacks don't scale well enough to overcome the energy regen.

I love this idea.  I will check them out over the weekend.
