Wish I could play the single player campaign (on PC) I beat the 2nd level only for it to crash to desktop during the loading scenes EVERY TIME.  They say it's a Nvidia problem, except I have ATI.

Not that anyone cares since there was no responses   Turns out it had to do with having too many friends on Steam.  It was trying to load up the career record after the mission and I guess it checks my friends on what they did on the same mission.  I guess it can't handle scanning more than 52 friends on the list. 

So with that said, I had to delete about 15 people....  SORRY, some of you didn't make the cut

I'm positive that I wasn't playing, but that sounds so much like my strategy.

yep, TDM.  Only possible when your teammates are as bad as the other team.

I have had a chance to play recently and I noticed the caliber of player seemed to have declined greatly.  I spent 3 hours as a top 3 player in a TDM room and that never happens.  Took me a while to figure it out, but apparently since I didn't get the new map pack I am only sharing a playlist with other casual/lazy/cheap players. While I'm not putting up Hark numbers i have manged to get 30+ kills in a match a couple times and some decent killstreaks.

That's probably true.

FWIW, the new maps are some of the best designed maps I've seen yet in COD.  Even the worst of the new maps is very good.  Contrary to some of the previous map packs, I can whole heartedly recommend these.

I'm looking forward to the new league rules that start in a day or so.  Should mix things up pretty well.  Tons of things are on the 'not allowed' list.  Enough things to shake the game up a bit.  No UAV, no Ghost, no propelled explosives, no betties/claymores/c4, no hardline.  Pretty much going back to basics with a gun focused game.  Killstreaks will mean something I think.

I really wish more of you were still playing this.  It's the best COD so far and is actually quite well balanced.

I'm just getting tired of doing really well and being on the losing team, especially since league play only cares about wins.

I had fun with the game, but, I have always preferred the Battlefield series. For that matter I prefer Medal of Honor to COD these days. Sadly my tastes are not shared. 

Not too mention Star Conflict, MWO, and War Thunder taking most of my gaming time these days.

Beginning Wednesday, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will begin offering "personal customizations" on the Xbox 360, the game's community manager said this morning. The items don't affect gameplay—they're items like weapon skins, targeting reticles, and player calling cards. Moreover, the multiplayer map Nuketown 2025, originally a preorder incentive back in November, will be made available for free.

"This content contains either personal customizations or nice little luxuries that I've seen players request," Amrich wrote on his official site. "None of them affect gameplay, but they are small, specific ways to enhance your online experience."

The content comes in themed packs for 160 Microsoft Points each, and will contain a weapon camo, three targeting reticles, and a Calling Card.

Additionally, Nuketown 2025 goes free for everyone on Wednesday, and Nuketown Zombies now comes as a standalone purchase for 400 Microsoft points. (It had originally been included with limited editions of the game.).

Players may also purchase 10 more create-a-class slots for 160 Microsoft points, and Flags of the World Calling Cards. They're grouped by region and available for 80 Microsoft points per pack.

"At the end of the day, all of these items are completely optional, and were created for players who've asked for more customization options," Amrich wrote. "If that's not you, that's fine; everybody gets Nuketown 2025 for free, so definitely take advantage of that."

More information will be available on the official Call of Duty website tomorrow, Amrich said.

Finally finished the game and I have to say, it's the worst of all of the COD games.  Man it was a chore to finish the short campaign, and the multiplayer was flat out boring.  I think I'm done with COD and MOH for a while.

I actually found the single player to be a lot better than i was expecting(maybe that is still not worthy praise for it though),I agree with the Multiplayer,it being nothing but a disguised DLC pack for Black Ops 1 or Modern Warfare 3 with massively uninspired maps...something i fear the Battlefield franchise is heading towards,trying to be more like it.As for MoH,I bought the last MoH game,but not the latest one...the last one didn't last long in my 360.

I do like online FPS games,but grow tired of 'the usual suspects'...I do not have an answer,except maybe what Bungie are doing now with Destiny perhaps,maybe it will shake the genre up,we'll see(it just kicks me in the balls to remember that it's Activision Publishing again though)

this is an awful map for head glitching and there are places where you literally can't see the enemy, or shoot them and their bullets magically come through the concrete

Just in time too, Nuketown has now made it into normal rotation and a little bit of me died inside

New maps are pretty awesome.  Hadn't been following the news about them so was completely surprised to see a reskinned Firing Range.  Map loaded, I walk forward, turn a corner and 'this looks a lot like.... THIS IS FIRING RANGE!!!'

I also tried deleting my nuketown DLC to remove it from my playlist, sadly on starting the game it yelled at me about nuketown being required for all users and am redownloading it.  blech
