Strikeforce mission suck...WTF
I thought the first one was the worst, but the others were actually pretty fun. They are all different as well. gave Shipwreck a spin and I have to say it was not fun at all. the lovely AI for your guys just kept running into fire with no regard for taking cover, and I only wish my team during the tutorial FOB one respawned as quickly as the enemy did in the first one.

So how does the game compare to original Blops on the MP front?
exactly the same,IMO -only they have made the menus and customisation a tad more confusing and gimped some of the perks

Hoping to pick up a copy after my biochem exam, if I survive, which isn't likely. But at least the casualties will be numerous so it should all come out in the wash at the end of the semester.

Looks like it may be time for another contest....
Or if you just want to send that Hardened Edition my way, I wouldn't say no. I hadn't bought CoD in a couple years, but was thinking about picking this one up.

I passed and also survived my biochem exam (one student may actually have died), and I even had to take it with a potential separated shoulder. Off to have x-rays as we speak. If that isn't grounds for a giveaway, I don't know what is. Actually, I plan to pick up a copy in a bit if I'm not in a sling.

So I did my qualifying matches in the Mosh Pit playlist and got put into bronze division. First match has guys from silver and gold. Still working out the kinks or just not enough people playing yet?

While I had 4 bars nearly every game in black ops and was often picked as host, I'm now regularly on a 2 bar. Also, you will die many times due to the lag compensation system. My copy is on its way to Amazon for $28. I'm pretty disappointed Treyarch put this in their game. edit: spelling

Someone is overreacting imo. I'm regularly at 4 bars and it seems just fine when not having a bad host or general LIVE wonkiness.
edit: Don't forget you can choose to only matchmake with good connections if you pick the right filter. That has worked great for me.

Yeah on ps3 I'm 4 bars 90% of the time and 3 switching back to 4 the other 10%. I'm liking this ALOT more than previous (recent) Call of duty games. Mw3 got old really quick for me. Blops lasted a bit longer. With Blops 2, it seems to just keep my attention more, keep in mind this is days after the release only. It's smooth online and im liking the changes to the formula this time around. Hell, even the campaign, for the most part, is actually pretty good!

Got my copy, along with confirmation that I have a separated shoulder. Had Kappa Psi initiation tonight so in no state for online MP at the moment, but with only two exams left before Thanksgiving it looks like Saturday is going to be BLOPS2 day.

I hacked an enemy betty and it popped up and killed two of them and a shock charge for major points

Sorry bout the shoulder:(. Xbox. And I see an orthopedic specialist on Monday, so I'm hoping the Urgent Care diagnosis wasn't entirely accurate and maybe my prognosis will be a little more optimistic. But as Kato can attest, visting Vicodinland before loading up an FPS can only help your k/d ratio. Or at least help you to not care AT ALL about your k/d ratio, which in either case is a plus. I always like this time of year. Every new CoD title makes me think of the Blue Brothers. "We're getting the Band back together. ". The Band, Ellwood! The Band! Need some hangover chinese food and a cold one, and then shit's about to get real. Shooteyface day!

Back from my anniversary trip this evening, and after watching a couple of hours of F1 coverage from Austin I'm back playing BLOPS2. I'm right now favoring an LSAT LMG with three attachments, four perks, no secondary and no grenades . I'll see how this works...

Alright, I did something I've not done in years - picked up Black Ops and Black Ops 2 on Friday night, and did a marathon of both games the last couple days. Beat both campaigns, which were basically great for curing the crappy mood I was in with gobs of murder all over the place. Tried out MP this morning and got through the "noob gauntlet" of the Boot Camp levels. Looking forward to jumping into some games with everyone!
As for guns - I've been sticking with the MTAR with a fast-clip and ACOG or reflex, along with fast hands for now - the rest I'm playing around with until I find something I like more. I like the customization system a lot, but I haven't really been playing with any options I couldn't have done the last few games.

Click to embiggen And if someone could make heads or tales of it and tell me which run and gun with occasional long range siting weapon I should use, I'd appreciate it. I usually use SMGs, but am thinking an assault rifle might be better.

So, do I like BLOPS2 as much as MW3, or the original BLOPS? I don't know. Am I enjoying playing it? Yup I'm really enjoying the Pick Ten (or whatever it's officially called). I seemed to die more often using grenades than I killed with them, so if I can trade off my less than useful grenades for a fourth perk and a third attachment, it's cool. I thought I might stick with LMGs like I did with MW3, but right now I'm expanding into assault rifles. Still can't deal with shotguns or SMGs however.

I wish league matches didn't have capture the flag or demolition. But especially not capture the flag.
Oh, and when CTF comes up in champions league when you are playing solo and the opponent is a premade? Not fun.

I've always been an assault rifle whore, but I recently tried the Vector with red dot sight, laser sight for hip fire, and silencer (gave up secondary grenades), and I must say I'm enjoying it so far.

I just finished for the night. Had a few sucky rounds but most were good and a few very good. My last one was on Cargo, the Singapore docks map. I scored 22-8, but had the amazing bad luck to lose not one, but two care packages. One got a bad bounce and ended up in the water, and the other landed on that very high ring structure about fifty feet overhead. It was wild watching every one run over to the package icon and look around for it I unlocked the HAMR LMG. I have three attachments on it now and I think it's pretty good, or maybe I'm just telling myself that.

I find I am unable to play the game during prime time. My ISP (Windstream) is oversold in the area and my 3MbPS connection drops to .25 or less from 7PM until after 11PM and almost all waking hours on the weekends. My pings range in excess of 2k during that time. It's been this way for months now and they say "We are working on it". Yeah, right. Nice monopoly. It sure hasn't stopped them from advertising in the area though.

Sheesh that guy talked fast! OK, as I understand it, Ghost hides you from a UAV as long as you are standing upright and moving? Well, that pretty much screws up my gameplay . I'll have to re-assess my perks.
