And if you haven't already bought it, you absolutely have to get the Torgue DLC. It's a set of the funniest missions I have ever played. I mean it.

You can safely skip the first piratey DLC, but Torgue's DLC is just hilarious, and the missions are pretty fun too.

All the banter in it, I'd have to say it alone was funnier than most of Borderlands 2 itself.

I dunno man ... while the dude in the first town was more creepy than anything else, the Censorbot stuff is worth the price of admission. In fact, I hope they give that guy more game time.

Finally beat it on Wednesday which was wild considering I was completely delirious from the flu at the time. I felt like I was clinging to consciousness while fighting the Warrior. Made the ending just bizarre, which oddly fits in with the overall gameplay. Loads of fun and a better ending than the first game had. I do think I'm going to take a break before going again with the Gunzerker who, for the record, is awesome.

It looks like Borderlands 2 might be getting a retail DLC bundle pack according to a listing on the Australian Classification Board. Apparently it will include two of the game’s previously released DLC’s - Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty and Mister Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage. There is a third DLC incoming called “Sir Hammerlock,” but the listing makes no mention of that. No other information is available right now.

Increased the maximum amount of Eridium players can hold from 99 to 500.

Added new items to the Black Market:
One additional ammo upgrade for each ammo type, at 50 Eridium each.
Two more backpack storage space upgrades, at 50 and 100 Eridium respectively.
Two more bank storage space upgrades, at 50 and 100 Eridium respectively.

Deathtrap can no longer restore an enemy's shields, even though it was hilarious.

Added a new playthrough called Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode, unlocked for a character once they have completed the main story missions in True Vault Hunter Mode and reached level 50!
In this mode, you will always start in Southern Shelf at Cleaning Up the Berg and may reset your playthrough progress as often as you like without losing any items, levels, or stats. All enemies are significantly more difficult in this playthrough, but the loot quality has increased accordingly. Rumor has it there is an entirely new rarity of loot out there for high-level players.

Added support and compatibility for upcoming content, including character customizations unlocked by playing Poker Night 2.
Fixed an issue where bank and stash capacity could be exceeded. This change prevents additional items from being added to stash / bank until capacity is below the maximum -- it does not forcibly remove or delete any items.
Added a preview of available premium customizations when using a customization station so that players can see what a purchased head or skin would look like before buying.
Fixed an exploit where players could become invincible occasionally through the Siren's Res skill.
Fixed an issue that prevented players from choosing a new customization from SHiFT when creating a character immediately after redeeming a customization code.
Added a new automatic backup feature -- the game will periodically create a backup of your current character so that there is something to fall back on if your character save becomes corrupted.

Finally hit 51 w/ my Gunzerker. Currently I'm farming the Beatdown in Mr. Torgue's Campaign because I'm saving tokens to buy a second uber-handgun. The legendary one I have just absolutely kills everything in my path, so I figured with two of those I might stand half a chance at the raid bosses. I've sunk so much time into this game I'm going to be truly sad when I finally set it down and move on.
