interesting temporary site:

Quote
Bloody Good Time is a game regrouping ambitious teen actors ready to kill for fame! Selected by a weird B-movie director looking for the best shot, they will do anything to get the lead role.

I wonder if this will have their insane copy protection or, since it's going to be on Steam, just use Steam for it.

A Pew Research Center poll found nearly half of Americans hold the false belief that TARP was passed under President Obama, while only 34 percent know it originated under Bush.
"Oh yeah?" Bush replied. "50% of the people were wrong."

some quick impressions:

I just tried the tutorial/bot portion.  It feels like an updated The Ship: you have a target and someone hunting you, and you need to kill your target while trying to avoid getting killed by the hunter.  you also have 3 'needs' you need to maintain: rest, eating and potty breaks.  the meters go down over time, and you'll need to stop in game to refill them.

there's roaming security guards who will inconvenience you if they catch you running around with weapons or killing people.  in addition to different weapons (some lethal, some non-lethal, some oddball) there are traps scattered around the map that you can use.  so far I've seen assault rifles, rocket launchers, tranq guns, sheep that cause everyone in range to doze off for a bit and more.

speaking of weapons, the points you get for kills with a particular weapon changes each round depending on what is 'hot in Hollywood'.

so far I've seen 2 different random gameplay rounds mixed into the normal hunt: kill everyone and infected.  kill everyone is pretty self explanatory, while infected fills the level with a fog and your objective is to avoid getting infected.  half the players are infected at random, and if you get touched you get the infection and can only get rid of it by touching an uninfected player.  you score points the longer you are not infected.

3 levels are included, I only tried out the Vegas level.  graphics are decent in a cartoony TF2 sort of way.

overall I'd say it's fun, haven't tried looking for a full MP game yet (Fable 3 time).
