I was curious about the video optionf for Vampire: Bloodlines.  All I get on the video page is the choice of resolutions and the check box for bump mapping.

Am I missing something?  Is there an option for AA or AF (or level of detail, etc etc)?

Nope, that's all you get.

It wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that Bloodlines runs piss poorly compared to HL2, which has twice the detail.

However, Troika is using an older less optimized version of the source engine.

AS a second snag, I have an nVidia card so there is the option to force AF/AA on a per game basis with their latest drivers. So I tried to up the AA to 2xQ and Bloodlines nearly turned into a slide show. I guess I'm saying you have to live with the jaggies...

Which card do you have?  It's a shame that Vampire doesn't have ingame AA and AF options like HL2 does.

I was afraid of that.  Don't get me wrong, it's a great game, but they really should have waited to optimize it with a later build of the Source engine.
