There are a few to choose from so I wonder if there is any DLC that stands out?

Just realised some DLC can be found in the leaflet in the box, never saw that one before. The codes seem to be invalid though, is this
the classic case where letters look wrong? (like in NWN)

Did you buy the game new or used?  If it's new, the codes should work since they don't expire until April 30.

Probably the best DLC is The Stone Prisoner (not having played Warden's Keep or Ostragar), simply because of Shale's character and story.  The others appear to offer some good items/quests/abilities/fights, but Shale as a character seems like much better DLC.  It's one of the freebies if you buy the game new, but have to buy if it the code has been used and you picked it up used.

Edit- Awakenings (when it's released) will likely be the best.

If you bought the game new, the point is moot. All the DLC except Return to Ostagar is free for new purchases. If the game is used, the situation is different. In that case The Stone Prisoner is the best DLC available IMO.

Warden's Keep was only free to pc digital collectors editions (maybe only pre-orders at that),  AFAIK

Ah yes, that's true.

Oh well, The Stone Prisoner is still best. Warden's Keep is good and contains some nice features (storage chest), but is short. Haven't tried Return to Ostagar.

Maybe it was used then, don't know since I didn't have label that said so.

Anyway, I exchanged my version today for the PC version instead, graphics did not bother me but the text does, I can not read
the text on my SDTV so I will use my monitor.

Can you play The Stone Prisoner dlc after you've beaten the game? I tried afterwards and was able to 'get shale' as a character for my team, but was never able to actually do any of the quests from his storyline.

Well I got the PC version and Stone Princess was downloaded once I punched in the numbers so I guess my copy was used after all.

Anyone tried the latest DLC?
