Everyone be sure to use the spotting function for Leo, so he can have some idea of which blurry low-resolution blobs are bad guys.

PFFT  I have 190 GB free space on my drive just waiting for an install of all that HD goodness!

**but you should always be a good teammate and spot like crazy!

Ah ok, I thought Xbox Slim equated to tiny emasculating hard drive.

I guess I'll have to go back to teasing Teggy, then.

Slim is the new hotness.  You want to be mocking those that own a Core, Arcade, or Pro.

Given that I think you only get about 16GB usable on the 20GB, it seems unlikely.

don't install disk 2 which is the single player campaign and it should fit.  That saves you 6.7 gb off the total

Sure, just buy a new drive and either get a package that includes the data transfer cable or get a data transfer cable as well.

Almost convinced to get this.  Been so busy the past few months that even finding time to lurk was few and far. Not that I was a posting nut anyway but the werewolf games were fun. Finally all the family drama has calmed down and looking to get back to some fun.

Would love to join in on some multi-play, which system should I get the game for?  I have xbox, ps3 and pc?

Thanks!

I played last night without the HD pack, and thought the game looked fine.  (Granted, I did install the HD pack before I went to bed which was 1.6gb, and the MP disk which was about 6.7gb.)

Unfortunately I'll be absent for the rest of the year regarding modern military shooters.  I was trying to kid myself saying that I wouldn't be buying Battlefield because of the demo or getting MW due to the elite subscription.  But the truth is that I'm becoming a big fat pussy wimp in my old age  slywink

As games get more realistic (especially shooters) I find it harder to play.  Which is probably why I enjoy fantasy RPGs or futuristic shooters more of late.

The crew here is going to be mostly on the 360, but given the series heritage you can be sure the PC multiplayer scene will be quite lively.  If your forum interests overlap with OO, Qt3, or GWJ, you'll probably find a bigger PC group from those places to supplement your GT Origin friends list, if you do go PC.

Oh yeah, and while I still count myself as being back on the hype train for BF3, the gun unlock system is puppies.  Just read that some guns can only be unlocked in co-op mode.  Puppies.

I don't care if it takes far longer or more in-game spacebucks or whatever, everything should be unlockable from just playing multiplayer.  Truthiness!

I agree with you though.  I don't want to have to slog through missions with a partner to unlock stuff for mp.

This is interesting for two reasons, one is that I actually had 7 kills not 5 and I have no idea why it is saying 5.  The other is that I joined the game way late, got in a jet, then never died and didn't really let their jet or heli off the pads for more than a quick second.  Gonna miss my heatseekers when I switch loadouts.

Well to no one's surprise the worst online company for release day is back and servers are down.  Game looks great with the HD pack installed.  Like Hark said, a billion times better than the BETA.

Yep, I can't connect to EA Online, either.

As I talk with gellar on XBL, apparently this is an EA server thing more than a DICE thing, as NHL 12's been having issues today as well.
