We just got out PSP and have Ape Escape on the Loose.  We are having trouble getting the monkey on the mountain.  How do we get on top of the mountain?  We have been trying for two days!  Help!

I haven't played this version, but in the other Ape Escapes, there were some monkeys who you couldn't get until you got a certain gadget later in the game.

i looked yesterday, and there aren't any walkthroughs for this game on GameFaqs.com, but there were a lot of forum threads.  maybe your answer is in there somewhere?  i don't have the game and couldn't tell from the thread topics, but maybe you can.

Actually, since this game is pretty much a port, you can use the FAQ page for the original Ape Escape.  And yes, there is a gadget you will get later that allows you to come back and get that ape.

One a related but completely different note, how is ape escape for the psp? I fell like I would like it, but the reviews are luke warm, and someone on this board said they were hating it. So im holding off from purchaseing it yet.
