I have a feeling that this is one of those games Microsft will eventually give to Gold for free, so I'll hold out for that
That may be the best path. Both IGN (5/10) and Eurogamer (6/10) seem to say that it's really not very good (undercooked, stumbles), but that it has a certain charm that may overcome those hurdles. And it seems to be shorter than I was expecting (10 hours, maybe).
All of that adds up to a game I might enjoy if I got it for free.
