I gave it a try. The situations are interesting, although I've gotten too old to enjoy running a scenario over and over again just to get a few more points. And I remembered why I had given up on MP... sitting for a long time in damn lobbies waiting for a match to start and then dying a few seconds in.
Yeah, I had a lot of fun in the first few Situations, but then quickly lost interest when I started failing them and realized they wanted me to get enough points to buy six operatives...

was a great MP game. Thirty or more people on a side, matches that could last hours, huge
maps... sadly there were so many cheaters on it after a few months it wasn't worth playing.
Yes! Joint Ops was great fun back in the day! These days Battlefield is about as close as you can get to that sort of long term big match chaos.
