Thanks for mentioned this! I played it in the beta but it just didn't click with me. Maybe now that it's out and polished a bit I'll see if I'm a bit more excited about it.

I do have to say, I did try playing in the beta with a headset, but I remembered why I gave that up on the X360, too many morons. Is it reasonably playable without a headset?

I also only played the betas, but I intend to play without a headset.

Of course, after the 14GB download and install via Steam, trying to run it makes Uplay pop up and that requires a CD Key.   retard  They're looking into it, but damn...

I gave it a try. The situations are interesting, although I've gotten too old to enjoy running a scenario over and over again just to get a few more points. And I remembered why I had given up on MP... sitting for a long time in damn lobbies waiting for a match to start and then dying a few seconds in.

Anyone remember Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising by NovaLogic? That was a great MP game. Thirty or more people on a side, matches that could last hours, huge maps... sadly there were so many cheaters on it after a few months it wasn't worth playing.

Anyone here on ps4 wanna get actively, or at least semi actively, or @ least try  nod, to play this game with me? I love this game but it gets passed on frequently cuz playing w strangers isn't nearly as fun. This game kills though.

Yeah, I had a lot of fun in the first few Situations, but then quickly lost interest when I started failing them and realized they wanted me to get enough points to buy six operatives...

Yes!  Joint Ops was great fun back in the day!  These days Battlefield is about as close as you can get to that sort of long term big match chaos.
