here in the UK,on the dashboard we have every monday a video stream called 'SentUAMessage' where the two inside xbox guys answer all the questions that get sent to them(to the gamercard SentUAMessage)..this week someone asked if Max Payne 1 and 2 would ever come to XBL...they said both were due to join the Xbox Originals list very soon

CVG have it here, but they say they are coming to xbox live arcade, which they arent...maybe they just meant Xbox live marketplace

i couldnt get into the first but played and finished the second, maybe if i still have room on my HDD i will pick both up...not sure abut 1200 points each though, perhaps there should be a double pack or something

I picked up both of these for the Xbox (they are 360 backwards compatible) in the bargain bin of my local store awhile ago. They look ok on the 360, not great, but certainly playable. I'm wondering if there will be any changes when they go to XBL.

Personally I go with both on the PC, since there's some 3rd party enhancements available. I recently Played Max Payne 1 on the PC and apart from Max and his enemies looking a bit chubby due to widescreen stretching it played very well and looked great. About a year previously I played the 2nd game on my 360 and it wasn't as impressive.

Yeah, I think PC is the better way to go with a cheap replay of these ones now.
