If I can summon the courage, I'm going to get Alien: Isolation and play it in the Oculus Rift.

If I can't, probably Forza Horizon 2 and FIFA.

It's going to be a gaming ADD kinda weekend.  Picked up Styx:  Master of Shadows yesterday.  Really enjoying it after a couple hours, and will be digging into it further.  I've started both Banner Saga and Terra Battle on iPad and continue to be enthralled by Theatrhythm Final Fantasy on 3DS.  Will also be trying to beat down those gorram Extreme Primals in FF XIV and might try to get Shadows of Mordor to click.

So in short, I have no damn idea what I'm going to play, but have a shitload of options.  smile

Horizon 2, Infinity 2.0 and likely Minecraft with the boy.

Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor certainly

Maybe some Destiny, but the warts are starting to show to me..  Tired of running the same bounties and Strikes are getting to that point and I have no long term interest in pvp.

The ALCS is starting today (weather permitting or tomorrow) so I will be engaged in baseball. Go O's!!!!!

Pretty much the same.  I haven't had much desire to go back to Destiny, especially with Mordor being such a fun game.

Forza Horizon 2 and Shadow of Mordor.  I'm hoping I can finish up Modor even though I'm only halfway done...we'll see, since it's getting much harder and more frustrating now.

One does not simply "finish" Mordor. Not this weekend anyway.

Like EngineNo9 I'm going to give it a good go, but I'm only 50% as well. So I don't see it happening.

I think I'm also going to play a little ArcheAge. I've been out of the MMO game for quite some time, but I'm in the mood for a little mindless fun and so far it seems to fit the bill.

I was dealing with a bad cold/sinus funk this week, so I've neglected Mordor and Destiny.  Playing fast moving first and third person games while I'm loaded up on decongestants is not good...for anyone.

I played a lot of Baldur's Gate:EE on my iPad this week, and will probably play more over the weekend.  I'd like to simply walk back into Mordor if I'm feeling better.  My son and I will probably finish legacy mode in Hyrule Warriors this weekend.  That's been a lot of fun.  I'll try and play some Wasteland 2 as well.

Too many games right now. Beyond Mordor and Alien I got the Kickstarter download for Cinemaware's Wings! The Remastered edition. Originally had this on the Amiga and LOVED it. It's a WWI light flight simulator (very light) with some arcade sequences. Like all Cinemaware games of that time it oozes the cinematic feel but this one in particular really tried to capture a pilots journey through the war and they had succeeded.

I love how they did the remastered of this. They didn't fundamentally change anything in the game. The flight sim portion is just as basic as it was in the original game. The environments are also pretty sparse like in the original. But they basically put a new coat of paint on everything - music included. So it looks great and sounds great. And I think this was the best way to go to preserve a game. It doesn't stray from the path by adding a bunch of new features and basically allows for a nostalgic trip without sacrificing having to deal with poor graphics or controls.

They gave a hint that they're going to try another Cinemaware game. I suspect its Rocket Ranger, which is a great choose. But I'm pining for IT Came From the Desert.

I would also like to mention that Tron 2.0 appeared on Steam. This is the FPS from Monolith they did years ago. I still have my copy and played this through a few months ago with the Killer App Mod, which adds widescreen and a few other features. Its still a lot of fun and a worthy FPS to check out if you've never played.

Or I could just ignore all of these, pick up Infamous Second Son on a whim, and spend most of my weekend with that.  smile  I mainly just bought it out of the guilt of having a PS4 and the one other game I had (Shadows of Mordor) wasn't really clicking.  I had to have something to play on a brand new console, right?  I typically dislike open world games, but Second Son is far more fun than I expected.  I got to about the 45% completion point, having liberated (?) four of the Seattle districts.

Also spend most of Sunday leveling up my crafters in FFXIV and starting my Novus weapon upgrades.  Eagerly awaiting the 2.4 patch, which should be dropping in the next couple weeks.

Just noped out of a pre-bedtime session of Alien: Isolation in VR, which... seemed like a good idea at the time?  icon_eek

On the plus side, I guess I don't need to get out of the apartment to get my cardio in with this sitting around...

Stayed true to intention and only got playtime in with SoM.  I managed to wrap up all but one of the quests in the first map and moved on to the next.

I did play a bunch more Horizon 2 and quite a bit of Mordor.  I still haven't finished it, but I'm several missions into the second map.  I didn't realize quite how much more there would be!

I knocked out a good chunk of Mordor but it's not going as fast as I had hoped. Those story missions don't look like a lot, but some of them can be quite time-consuming.

Picked up Sherlock Holmes Crimes and Punishment on Steam (darn steam sale prices), so I spent plenty of time with that over the weekend.  Completed some side mission on Mordor  and I completed 1 or 2 strikes in Destiny.

I love the premises of Destiny, but I think Bungie missed the ball on so many fronts that I find logging on to become quite tedious.   I'll probably log on to do strikes but I don't feel like farming mats and running the same bounties.  Loot dropping needs to be looked at as well.  I know they don't want to go the route of Borderlands and Diablo, but at the moment there systems sucks ass to me
