1UP has posted a video showing some SF IV in game footage. Unfortunately 1UP's servers -surprise- don't seem to be up to the task of handling the traffic. Here's the link and good luck:

From what the accompanying article states, the game demo was running on a Capcom developers PC. The game was shown in 720p & 1080p which lead the 1UP interviewer to speculate that the game will either been on the X360, PS3 or both. The bad news is that the game isn't due out until sometime in 2009.

Well, it certainly looks nothing like the trailer they released, but at least it has more that 2 frames of animation unlike the old SF2.

That actually looks pretty fun to me!  I wish Midway would do something similar with the MK series and release a new 2D MK game!

I'm totally into the graphic style.
I hated the way SF3 looked, but this looks great!
