1UP has posted a video showing some SF IV in game footage. Unfortunately 1UP's servers -surprise- don't seem to be up to the task of handling the traffic. Here's the link and good luck:

The game was shown in 720p & 1080p which lead the 1UP interviewer to speculate that the game will either been on the X360, PS3 or both. The bad news is that the game isn't due out until sometime in 2009.
