color me interested.  I'd love to see them do a tales game outside of a fantasy setting, perhaps with firearms.

All they have to do now is get rid of:
Amnesiac Hero (spikey hair included)
Child/Teen cast
Irritating sidekick
The old save world plot
Obvious villains are obvious
and so much more....

Namco Bandai has announced that Tales of Xillia 2 is in development.  I'm not sure if this is the game they were referring to as having "a more modern feel", but I think it is.

since Tales of Xillia 1 is coming over here maybe that means we'll see this Xillia 2 too.

Nice - I'd imagine it will be a late 2013 release, but that should give me plenty of time to finish Graces.

rumor has it that Xillia 1 will hit the US on 8-6.

Namco Bandai has confirmed the 8/6 release date and also announced a Collector's Edition for the game.
