So I'm taking off from work in 90 minutes, I have a bunch of gift certificates burning a hole in my pocket, and I need a new handheld game. I've sifted through dozens of reviews/screenshots/movies/impressions, but I just can't decide what to get - any impressions etc. you guys have would be greatly appreciated :-)
The choices: 1 - Ridge Racer PSP: Looks to be a fun, pretty, shallow game for the PSP. I'm worried that I'll get bored of it quickily, but since I can pick it up for only $25 it's extremely tempting
2- Star Wars Ep3 DS: I love the side scrolling beat-em-ups, and I love Star Wars. I've heard nothing but good things about this game and my inner Star Wars fanboy desperately wants it, but I still can't find it for cheaper than $40 anywhere...
3 - Zelda Minish Cap GBA: Here I was on vacation all of last week with my DS + PSP, and I spent most of the time playing GBA adventure games. Zelda has gotten stellar reviews, and would probably be the most satisfying game of the three from a gameplay standpoint.... yet the shallow person in me is still leaning towards the first two choices. Is this really as good as everyone says it is?
Thoughts?

Don't know if I'm too late but Minish Cap is fantastic. That should definitely be your choice.

I've heard pretty good things about Ridge Racer. Where could you find it for $25? Just wondering.
Out of those choices I would probably say Zelda. I'm not a HUGE Zelda fan, but the Gameboy Zelda games that I have played have always been a lot of fun.

Ridge Racer was $25 at Target this past weekend (and hopefully still is). That said, I think Minish Cap will be the one I grab. Thanks for the replies! Maybe I'll pick up Forza while I'm at it so I can join the Monday Night Live action tonight

Well I hope ya got it for $25, I thought it was seriously dull compared to Wipeout Pure(after I got my l33t wipeout skillz back - little learning curve there)

It was this moment that took the movie from being a little ho-hum to “holy shit, did that shark just eat a plane!?”

Ok, I'm starting to see where this could get dull fast. I guess I'll try to return it and hope they have Minish in stock...
