Saw some new screenshots of this, but no thread on it.  Expected out in the fall 2014 period.  It seems to be following in the Dark Souls series path of action rpg.

Combat has a more measured pace with stamina playing usage to prevent it turning into a button mashing action mess.  You also have to manage stamina in terms of your armor and weapon weight.  You have three different classes to take skills in (cleric, warrior, rogue), magical powers and skill trees, crafting and exploration of a large world.

I saw this. Looks interesting, but if it's as freakin hard as DS where you have to repeat things over and over to try and get anywhere, forget it. And I'm not trying to start some flame war, really. There were so many thing in DS that were right up my alley and I so wanted to love that game. Eventually had to quit as I couldn't get anywhere.

The visual style of those shots reminds me a lot of Darksiders.

That is exactly what I thought, albeit with a harder edge to it. If they manage to capture the Dark Souls mystique, and wrap it around a solid storyline, I'm in on day 1.

I've had Darksiders 2 sitting in my back log forever. Maybe I should give it a try.
