man, I remember when I was working at TG for the first one- the buzz was 10 times what it is for this one.  Who knew strategy first was actually doing something right?

Instead Take Two launches it under their lame label, Globalsoft?!?!?!?

In fact I'm talking to some of the guys there via IM right now, and they're pretty pissed....

Mike,

Were you responsible for some of the art in Kohan?  If so, bravo!  That's the main reason I still like playing the game.  The style of the art and the character portraits were soo cool, and I liked the etched stone look of the interface.

nah, they never let me play with those toys slywink

I was the web/multimedia designer.  I'm in the credits for both KIS and KAG but I don't think they have any of the work I did for them anywhere anymore. I remember the day we went gold with KIS I changed the gleaming flash logo that I had on the site to a gold version that really looked sweet.  sigh.

My friend Tom is in my opinion one of the best there; his site is http://www.romus5.com/.  I don't think Ricky or Philly have sites but their art was prominently featured as well.

I didn't play it either, and I consider myself pretty well versed in the genre.  Well, I used to! :?

So what are the three different Kohan's I see mentioned?  Was one an expansion to the original or what?  Ignorant folks are begging to be enlightened!
