Well, not officially announced, but you can see it live and in color at the official site:  http://www.playonline.com/fe/

Currently only slated for the PC, but you never know!  I've hosted the pics locally for ease of browsing:

Can't wait!  Seeing as how I'm a huge fan of ffxi for the pc, and how much I love Square-enix, I know I'll be picking this up when it actually ships.  I've heard it has a 2005 release date in Japan . . . which is fantastically vague . . . but that's about it.  Supposidly there's a Fantasy Earth leaflet in the new expansion for ffxi coming out Tuesday - I'll let you know if there is one and if there is any new info at all.

Yeah, another one!  Yawn.

It's so hard to get excited about these things.  So what is supposed to set this one apart from all the others?  It has a nice logo, but currently that's about all I can say "looks" good about it.

Oh, and I would LOVE to see that little knight try to swing that rediculous sword.  WTF is up with Square and the stupid giant swords?  Why not drop him in a cherry red Corvette while we are compensating for something?

It does look very sharp and pretty. Too bad it's a MMORPG.
