Fallout mixed with STALKER set in Russia?  that's what pops in my mind when I read the description of this new RPG:

Scheduled for launch sometime in 2013 for PC, Nuclear Union is a role-playing game with an open progression structure. You’ll have a defined end goal, but the way you accomplish it is up to you, and you’ll be able to go back and freely explore any discovered territory. Gameplay be presented from a third-person perspective and though battles will take place in real-time, you do have the ability to pause the action to better line up your aim. You’ll also be able to recruit certain characters encountered on your adventures and travel with one at a time, and can issue basic commands to them during combat.

Playing as one of the pilots who bombed the United States, expect to encounter mutated monstrosities, bizarre anomalies and to defend yourself with Soviet prototype weaponry, including specialized assault rifles and tripe-barreled sub-machine guns.

there's not much else along the lines of info for this yet, the website listed in the video doesn't seem to be up and the Facebook page doesn't have anything yet.

RPS interviews the director of game design.  my two favorite bits:

RPS: How linear is the story?

Romanova: The story is linear as much as the global task of our hero demands it. Player has a freedom of choice otherwise.

RPS: How open is that world? Can the player explore anywhere as in, say, Fallout 3?

Romanova: We plan to create a considerably vast world. Sometimes it scares us when we realize how much work we still need to do. There will be story missions with interactive scripted scenes. However after the completion of such a mission, the player will be able to freely roam the game world, take part in various events, complete additional quests and uncover secrets of the new world.

I believe that is an fsp mmofps called survivarium

The game focuses on the aftermath of a massive ecological catastrophe on Earth, the reasons behind which are only vaguely known.
Impassable woods advance onto cities from every side, as maddened animals and birds attack industrial complexes, military structures, warehouses and power-plants. Strange plants and mushrooms grow through concrete and steel. Scientists all over the world haplessly try to cope with the anomaly expanding with terrifying speed across the planet. Countries collapse; anarchy spreads throughout the world. Now force dictates who can survive.
The game is developed with new proprietary Vostok Engine technology and is planned for release on PC by the end of 2013.
