[DS] Yoshi Touch-N-Go: Yay or Nay?

I've been on the fence for so long on this game... the game appears to have no depth, no real level progression, and no real point - yet I've carried this to the cash register only to bring it back a half dozen times now (usually to pick up a PSP game instead). There's just something about it that looks fun, and I don't know why.
So does anyone here have Yoshi:TnG? Any thoughts? Does it get old fast, or is the concept good enough to make it worth owning?

I've got it, you'll do everything you can do in the game fairly quick but if you like to improve on your own scores and times there are several different modes that are fun. The gameplay is fun, there is no point or level to the game, so it's definately in an arcade kind of setting. Still I pop it in just to see how far I can get. Definately a good game.

It's definitely fun, though a little tough. I kept expecting to unlock another level in the main mode, but apparently, there's just the one. It doesn't seem possible, so I'm sure I'm missing something...

Grosly out of topic, talking of indirect and not so indirect innuendos in games, you can't beat Tales of Phantasie (SNES):

Now on topic: I own Yoshi: T&G and it is indeed a fun and unique game. However, it's a bit light on the content, so if I were you I'd pick it up used/from ebay instead of paying the full price.

It's fun, but wouldn't recommend it at full price. There's just not enough there and you probably won't spend that much time w/ it (though you can get a bunch more mileage out of it if you're competing w/ someone, or yourself, for high scores). It's certainly more of an arcadey game or a tech demo than a full fledged game.
