Forget statues and art books, how about a car?  The GRID 2 Mono Edition includes -

A copy of GRID 2 for PlayStation 3 including bespoke artwork
An actual 170 mph BAC Mono supercar in exclusive GRID 2 livery
A day at the BAC factory, including a factory tour and time spent with technicians to customise the BAC Mono for size and specifications
A GRID 2: Mono Edition-branded Bell Racing helmet
Race suit, boots and gloves, all made to measure in BAC Mono and GRID 2 branding
A PlayStation 3

It is slightly more expensive than most collector's editions at $188,000.

I'm okay with it. Clearly it's targeted at the very rich, and is more of a PR piece than anything. It's an actual high end car. It's not like they're trying to shove a cheap, and often crappy, statue of the car at you, or other doodads.

I absolutely hate stuff like "making of" videos other collector's editions have because those never have anything interesting since they can't show spoilers, so you never get in depth discussion of the game like you would with stuff like DVD commentary tracks.

This sounds good, but I already have a ps3, so don't really need another one.. kind of a waste of money for me, so I guess I'm out...  ninja
