[360/PS3]anybody interested in the new F1 game?

i am not so sure actually,i am a big F1 fan..and i loved the N64 F1 game,but since then i haven't liked new versions(didn't like the PS3 game either)

however,it has to be said that the upcoming F1 game from these shots certainly looks the business

of course we should expect stats and tinkering galore,if i think in hardcore/realism mode

there are currently 19 circuits for the 2010 season,and 68 different tracks since that start in 1950..so no loss for tracks there

Good to see something other than NASCAR getting a treatment.  I might give it a look depending on other forum effect people.  I'm currently working NFS: Shift, so racing is def. something I'm interested in.

If they are integrating the MS wheel like in Forza I might be interested. I'd probably be horrible at it though

For me, replace "F1 games" with "Fighting Games."

i do want this game,but being released the week after next is just the worse time ever.....way too many games i want more,so this has had to go to the back of the queue

Same here.   Bad timing for a release with all the fall games coming out.  I'll probably pick it up when the price drops.  Given the popularity of F1 in the US, I don't think that will take too long.

I'm intrigued by this game. I love GRID and Dirt 2, but this one looks a bit hardcore. I'm also worried that driving nothing but F1 cars is going to get old fast.

I've been playing EA's F1 Championship Season 99-02 annually since 2003, and I've long been awaiting something that can succeed it. This game has been on my radar since the 1st screenshots were released. I'm actually hoping it's more hardcore than the other recent Codemaster racing games -at least as hardcore as F1CS- but videos and comments from the designer lead me to believe it won't be. If it proves to be a racing sim-lite, I'll probably still get it for the 360, just as long as it supports split-screen racing.

for the F1 on Sunday just gone(Monza),the BBC have an hour to kill before the race starts and have various topics,and it had Lewis Hamilton and Jake Humphrey(BBC presenter)playing the game on Xbox Live in Italy,playing with Lewis Hamilton's brother who was in England

Lewis was laughing about Adrian Sutil(i think it was)he is a German driver who drives for Force India-Mercedes..who also plays his Racing Video Games and apparently puts on the boots and the gloves to play,LOL

it does looks fun

what Lewis does at about 2 minutes 56 seconds(goes into the Ferrari) is pretty much what he did on Sunday and went off in the first lap..only it was Philipe Massa's Ferrari he went into and not Fernando Alonsos(Jake Humphrey's)

I can't imagine it would be necessary, but would probably help to understand the tracks quicker.

I read the online Gameinformer review and it sounds like a pretty good game, although I don't know about that Career Mode and "interviews".
