O. M.  smile  G.  biggrin

I am so pumped for this title; I REALLY hope they translate this one for the rest of the world.

If you haven't seen the trailer for it, set yourself up with an Xbox 360 japanese account and download it. biggrin You won't regret it.

I hear it's getting a lukewarm reception in Japan.  But, I suppose here if they make is basically a dynasty warriors clone with lots more units on screen, it won't do too bad.

Microsoft has said it will be brought here toward the end of the year. I have developed into some kind of Tetsuya Mizuguchi fanboy, so I've been following this one closely.

Naw, the DW series is all VS. people... this has monstrosities and over-the-top combos etc (500hit combo in one of the shots).

This is more like KUF than DW series.

The "lukewarm reception" is because it's on 360, not PS2 / 3, IMHO.

The game isn't out until April 20th, so no one has actually played the retail game. There was a demo on disk that was out a little while ago.

I've never played a game like KUF or DW, but I really believe that the story/music/etc will make this a great game even for people that aren't fans of that genre.

The guys who made Kingdom Under Fire (is it Phantagram?) had a heavy hand in N3's developement.

I played KUF for a little while, and I thought it was pretty good.  I like the art style which is very similar to N3.

I wouldn't expect this one in the states until the summer at the earliest, though.

I saw the whole N3 thing and suddenly thought:
"Since when are they working on a NiGHTS sequel?" biggrin
