An average one.  Old arcade classic and not one of the better ones, in my opinion.

Yes, a very average one. Thanks, but no thanks MS. Give me Castle Crashers or Alien Hominid, damnit!

The PS store gets Tekken: Dark Resurrection today and GT: HD on the 24th.....Live gets......f'ing New Rally X. Come on, MS. Time to pull out the big guns here.

I liked Rally X as a kid, but I can't see myself buying it on Live.

If you're going to give me an old 2D racing game, give me some Super goddamn Off-Road!

As I played Novadrome last week, I was thinking how much happier I'd be playing Super Off Road.

Yes Rally X is a snoozer.   Has Tekken actually been released in the US yet?

As I played Novadrome last week I was thinking how much happier I would be if that game didn't suck goat balls.

Officially no, but it's readily available in the US right now via the HK PS Store. The game is pretty much all in English as well....so it might as well be considered out in the US.  icon_smile

WTF is Super Off-Road?  Bring me ROAD RASH!  And ROADBLASTERS.  I am generally in favor of games with ROAD in the title.

And Catan, of course.  When's that coming?

That and Super Sprint.  But really, I'd need one of those steering wheels that just spin around forever to recapture the arcade feel.  I can't imagine playing those with a d-pad.  I'll take RC Pro-Am from the NES days, though.

Can't say I've ever heard of Roadblasters, and the last time I played Road Rash it really didn't hold up.  Ivan "Ironman" Stewart's Super freaking Off-Road, on the other hand rules!  In the arcade it steering wheels for each player (some had up to 4 wheels) like the Super Sprint game, but there were versions for the NES and updated versions with better graphics and all the track packs for the SNES and Genesis.  RC Pro-Am 1 and 2 were also pretty great, but they didn't have nearly as much awesome jumping as Off-Road.
