Looks like Uncle Pete is clearing up some misconceptions about the E3 demo.  apparently it's not as much on rails as the demo made it out to be, but he doesn't go into detail, he just says all the signatures on the wall are journalists who agree that it isn't.

this moves it from a complete pass to 'wait and see', but I wish he'd have gone into more verbose detail.  I'm guessing they muzzled him for the video

demo's coming September 17th.  I figure I'll at least check it out, but right now The Journey isn't even on my list of games to get this fall.

played the demo, and it bumped the game up from a pass to buy when it hits the bargain bin.  controls weren't too bad, but I can see getting tired out from constantly casting spells.

I did okay with it until the boss.  Then it went back to a pass.  Or maybe an extremely low bargain bin.
