In their preview of POP3, OXM hints at a secret 'real' ending for POP:WW.

Anyone know what they're talking about?

Thanks.

As for POP3. I'm totally there...I think the dual Princes could work out well.

You get a different ending if you find all nine upgrades & the water sword during the course of the game. The game ends differently (especially with regards to Kaileena's fate) and it doesn't have the same final boss.

Is it worth another play through to see it?

Cheat codes?

From the endgame, there were a few powerups that you couldn't backtrack to.... I can't remember the specifics. There should be a faq at gamefaqs for this very purpose, as I recall using one. I actually didn't have to restart my game from scratch, but I did loose about 2 hours of work to get one of the upgrades. Most are backtrackable, but if you're unlucky, you'd be looking at the whole game again.

It's a better ending, but it doesn't promote WW up to SoT status or anything like that.

To this day I don't understand how you guys are able to finish the game.  I absolutely cannot.  Not because I am not capable, not because I do not have the time, but because of a friggin save bug. I am 3/4 of the way through and the game quit letting me save.  It doesn't matter how many saves I do, when I get back in I am where I left off hours earlier.  I read that you can start the whole game over and it 'might' work the next time. 'F' that.

Just boggles my mind how you guys never experienced that.

WW is quite buggy, I agree. Every time I hit a save point, I created a new save file. Don't think I ever had to do anything besides go back to my most recent save, however.

I did save over some saves.  Maybe I will try that idea.
