Originally announced in 2009 for the PlayStation 3, The Last Guardian, the latest from Fumito Ueda of Ico and Shadow of the Colossus fame, reemerged at this year’s E3. According to Shuhei Yoshida, Sony would have cancelled the game if were not for the consistent interest from fans. No release date has been set for The Last Guardian, but it is expected some time in 2016.
This year’s Tokyo Game Show is taking place from September 17 – 20.
