Call of Duty fans, it’s time for a new map pack! Apocalypse, Call of Duty Black Ops II’s fourth and final map pack, is releasing tomorrow and hopes to rope in the few previously lost Call of Duty lovers. Or as I personally like to call them, Call of Duters. Hopefully this new map will tide over the fans until Call of Duty: Ghosts, the next installment in the beloved franchise, releases on November 5th.
Along with this final pack, Treyarch is also revealing “Origins.”
With Call of Duty: Black Ops II Apocalypse, Treyarch reveals Origins, the most horrifying and imaginative Zombies experience yet. Players will be deployed to Dieselpunk-stylized World War I-era France where they will encounter the return of the four original heroes from the very first Zombies map, as well as hordes of zombies that have overrun trenches and fields, as well as the ruins of a mysterious and ancient location.
The details all seem a bit murky at this point, but I suppose we shall find out tomorrow when Apocalypse launches on Xbox Live. A gameplay video is below.
