Nintendo’s E3 page is live and counting down

link

Nintendo gave the industry a bit of a shocker a few weeks ago when it announced that it was not going to host a traditional press conference, a first for a console maker at E3. It’s not surprising, really, considering the direction Nintendo has gone in their attempt to control their messaging, like we’ve seen with their Nintendo Direct videos.

Nintendo still plans to represent itself at E3, of course, but they’re trying some new avenues to do so. In addition to bringing their E3 demos to Best Buy, as we reported last week, Nintendo will have its own live stream. The page has just gone up, so bookmark it now and look forward to our Nintendo coverage during the course of the show.

Sean started playing video games in infancy. He was not given a choice as much as a directive from his parents to be the best gamer on Earth. Sean was subjected to 10-12 hours of rigorous daily gaming throughout his youth, mastering the most complex video games and dominating online competitions. Sean's symbiotic relationship with video games led to writing about them for various gaming websites, and he is currently involved in sales strategy and analytics at one of the largest video game publishers in the world. Sean's mission is simple: Turn 100% of the human population into gamers, willingly or otherwise.
