Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 trailer – Bosnia

Ringing in the new year in a far more grim fashion, the folks at City Interactive want to show us a video from their CryEngine 3-powered title, Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2.  This one covers a fairly forgotten war – the brutal conflict in Sarajevo.   Here’s a bit about the title:

Silently stalking … inching into position … solid cheek weld … breathing slowed … heart rate under control … exhale half way and … CLICK – engage your target.

The conflict in Sarajevo has reached its boiling point and only the most talented and skilled sniper can help put an end to the atrocities rife in this war-torn land!  Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2, the sequel to the Xbox 360 Platinum hit that has sold more than 3-million units worldwide, making it the best selling game to ever come out of Poland, is calling on all trained video game marksmen to suit up and check out the newest Sniper 2 ‘Brutal War Crimes Bosnia – Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 Trailer’, available now.

Ok, so the first part I know very well.   I never played the first title, but with more than 3 million people playing it, perhaps I should do that!   The trailer shows off the incredible presentation side of this game – it looks like it could be one to watch for early 2013.    Look for the title to his PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC in Q1.
