Following the successful completion of their Kickstarter funding drive back in May, Conquistador Games is proud to announce their strategy game Road to Enlightenment is now available through the popular boardgame retailer GameSalute.
Set in the waning years of the Renaissance, Road to Enlightenment casts players as great monarchs of Europe vying for prestige in the realms of politics, philosophy, science, and religion. Their tools include over a hundred and thirty real-world luminaries, artists and soldiers and popes whose contributions came to define the era, and can deploy unique abilities in the name of their sovereigns.
