Heroes of Ruin Drops in on 3DS in June, Playable at PAX East

On June 26th of this year, Square Enix is bringing their “ever-changing” adventure game, Heroes of Ruin , to the Nintendo 3DS. What do they mean by “ever-changing”? I’m not entirely sure yet. But the game seems to encourage taking advantage of its social gaming features to make the most out of the experience.

Features such real-time chat with other players online and drop-in/drop-out co-op multiplayer means Heroes of Ruin  may be the platform’s most robust online game yet. The environments will be varied and dynamic, meaning that each time you play a map there may be new layouts and routes to discover.

The game will be playable at the upcoming PAX East, so more details are sure to surface soon.

Sean started playing video games in infancy. He was not given a choice as much as a directive from his parents to be the best gamer on Earth. Sean was subjected to 10-12 hours of rigorous daily gaming throughout his youth, mastering the most complex video games and dominating online competitions. Sean's symbiotic relationship with video games led to writing about them for various gaming websites, and he is currently involved in sales strategy and analytics at one of the largest video game publishers in the world. Sean's mission is simple: Turn 100% of the human population into gamers, willingly or otherwise.
