I still get excited every time I read about Carmack implementing side-scrolling in Commander Keen. So many Epic moments in game programming and gaming from Carmack. I’m a little worried about the artful dodging they do regarding a Mac/Linux version of the game. I’ve recently made the full switch to Mac/Linux as a developer and I haven’t really been inspired to triple boot with Windows, mostly because I only own Windows Vista… Hoping to see you guys blast the front page someday soon with confirmation of Mac or Linux releases!
